Fliko P.S.A. is carrying out the project: ‘Carrying out R&D work on the development of technology for real estate management based on process optimisation and automation algorithms (REAL-ESTATE-AI)’ carried out under the entrustment of a grant in accordance with Project: “303 Innovation Fund”. Project objective: to develop a model to autonomously identify defects within the PRS rental and to develop optimal customer satisfaction classification models to assign a service technician to a defect. The technological objective will be to develop an algorithm to effectively predict how faults will be handled based on extraction of attributes from photos, textual descriptions and the customer satisfaction system.
